How many pieces of shrimp are you guys able to have? I am 1 month out and today I had 3 pieces of shrimp Alin with edamame and few bites of salad. But didn't eat much throughout the day had some cottage cheese in the morning and a small hot and sour Soup with a few bites of chicken.

I actually did about ten mini shrimp the other day. I pan cook them in garlic salt lime juice and lemon pepper. Yummmmmmmmmmy!!!!

Last night I had 2 1/2. I love shrimp however it is harder for me to chew chew chew shrimp. It's almost too much work.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
