There are tons of forums on this topic already. Try doing a search among existing topics for plenty of tips.

Also look down at the bottom of this site on the Internet and get the book. "The BIG Book On The Gastric Bypass". It's a great read and it answers nearly everything you can think of about pre and post op surgery.
