PSRS520 75 Posted January 18, 2015 Need ideas for soft foods. I start my soft food stage this coming Friday, so excited, as only having liquids sucks (4 days po)
Dolores33778 248 Posted January 20, 2015 Been a while for me, but pudding and yogurt saved my life! Of course, you'll go for the sugar free stuff. Also some low fat smoothies. I think Dannon Lite and Fit are some good ones. When is your surgery?
PSRS520 75 Posted January 20, 2015 My surgery was Jan 13th, so I'm exactly a week out! I'm so tired of the liquids and the nausea...

Dyros 32 Posted January 22, 2015 Can I suggest seeing a reflexologist to take away the pain and nauseous? I did not believe it could work and it was like magic, I feel like a new person all my nauseous and pain has left the building!!
PSRS520 75 Posted January 22, 2015 (edited) My appointment: they removed more Fluid and told me to stay off the Protein for a few days, they think the protein is yet too much for my stomach, as it's healing. So I did just that yesterday after appt, no nausea. Edited January 22, 2015 by PSRS520
