You're both welcome! I took a chance - I've never had them but so many rave about it. I'm on my pre-op diet and we have a LOT of hockey games this weekend so they will come in extra-handy. If I really like them I'll have to go back and get more post-op

I'm going to try one of each tomorrow (I bought vanilla and chocolate) and if I like them I will go buy 3 more cases!before the sale runs out!! (I believe it goes through mid February)

Wow, I'm surprised! I think they are quite watery... Goes to show how subjective taste truly is! I have body fortress, it's pretty good. I mix with skim milk

If you drink coffee try adding half of one to that with some sugar free creamer. I love the sf hazelnut and sf carmael machiatto with it. This makes is very yummy!

@@pinkD I think they're too thick and sweet, too. I mix the chocolate and strawberry 1/2 and 1/2 with milk and then they're perfect. I'm not a fan of the vanilla, but it works great as coffee creamer and to make chai tea.
