Can you have them after surgery? I will be going back to work after a week off and I train people so I don't want my breath to knock her out!

Yes I had them because I had seen some you tube video's that said your breath might be nasty after words. I never had any stalls so I think you'd be fine.

I always have them. Yucky ketosis mouth from low carb! So annoying!
