Rashad 0 Posted May 26, 2007 I'm craving something sweet, but can only have about 30 carbs a day. I have a recipe for cheesecake from George Stella's "Livin' Low Carb" book. I've had it before, and it was pretty good. Will it be ok for me to eat this, or do I have to worry about the fat content? Thanks!
Banded Bob 1 Posted May 26, 2007 I think you have to answer your own question. if you can have 30g of carbs, how much is a slice of the cheesecake? how many calories? I think we can all admit to "cheating" as long as it doesn't become "habit" you'll be ok.
