alr 10 Posted January 13, 2015 I have only loss 5lbs in the last 2 months, (49 since September 9). I've been following all of the rules. Getting my Protein in. Going to the gym 5 days a week. I really don't know what else to do. Do u have any suggestions to jump start my weight loss???
BLERDgirl 6,417 Posted January 13, 2015 Stay off the scale, take your measurements instead. Also make sure you're getting in Protein and fluids. Stalls come and go, you just have to power through them.
alr 10 Posted January 13, 2015 I have stayed off the scale for a while because I was getting so frustrated. Got back yesterday and still nothing after 2 weeks. Ugg. Is anyone else having these problems or did have them? If so, what did u have to do to jump start your weight loss again?

Make sure you're getting in all your Protein, drink your Water and exercise. All you can do is follow your program until your body decides it's not starving. In the meantime look for NSV and take your measurements to compare the differences.
Paulina Sagasti 0 Posted January 13, 2015 I totally understand. I am really frustrated. I have lost 23 lbs since Dec. 19 (surgery date) but I have stalled for the last two weeks in terms of total weight loss. I have however lost 39 lbs of fat so my BMI is down 11% in this same period. I am extremely frustrated to not see the "weight" come off the scale. I have spoken to my nutritionist and she says I am doing fine.... UGH....
CANOEINNH 15 Posted January 14, 2015 I am there too. Great losses then stall. I am sooo close breaking the 200 pound mark and just feel like I m stuck. Will I look at it and never make it. ? Some days my confidence totally wanes. Other days I tell myself I have come so far I must Celebrate the success. I need a local group. Anyone out there from NH. ???
