What are some no nos or what should I stay away from to be able to stay on track and keep losing weight.

Stay off the scale, watch your carbs and track everything you put in your mouth (I love my fitness pal).

No-no eating too quickly. Yes-yes chew your food many times.

See your nutritionist regularly, discuss nutrition guidelines to go by. I don't put anything in my mouth that has more than 5g of sugar per serving, I feed my body Protein 2-4oz (dep on meal/dep on day) every 3 hours. I also wait 30 min from end of meal to drink fluids. I add protein isolate to my drinks to boost me to 60+g/day. It's a chore but doable.
