Brandalyn 53 Posted January 13, 2015 See your nutritionist regularly, discuss nutrition guidelines to go by. I don't put anything in my mouth that has more than 5g of sugar per serving, I feed my body Protein 2-4oz (dep on meal/dep on day) every 3 hours. I also wait 30 min from end of meal to drink fluids.
