catlover2565 75 Posted January 14, 2015 I was not weighed on surgery date.. they use my pre surgery appointment as my start weight.. I have considered my pre-op diet weight as my start.. mainly b/c IF I wasnt getting the surgery there was no way I was gonna be on Protein shakes for 2 weeks! blondebomb 580 Posted January 15, 2015 not at the hospital. I use my start weight from the first day I met my surgeon in his office. I didnt have to do no major diet I just had to drink 2 shakes a day o meal a day for 2 wks then the last 24 hrs before it was 3 shakes a day. I lost 11 pds on the 3 days before surgery. I was 260 when I started planning for my surgery and 236 the day of my surgery. Yesterday I officially entered Onederland! Congrats on Onederland...That is a Milestone!
