LilMonkey 0 Posted May 26, 2007 Congrats! It's a great feeling to be over the hump with the surgery, isn't it? Best wishes on fast healing. You should feel pretty proud of yourself at this point for making it past the first hurdle!

gingersnap 11 Posted May 26, 2007 just got banded may 24 by DR NEPOMNAYSHY at LAHEY CLINIC in Burlington Ma I feel great, and walked a lot at the hospital but then the drugs wore off lots of gas pain in shoulders I have to keep moving but fealing good in general Hi Bestarcher, Congratulations on the big day! I hope you are feeling better and the gas pains are starting to subside. I’m in the process at Lahey, Burlington and if all goes well I’m hoping for a surgery date late July. I really hope you had a good experience with them. Was there anything that you would have done differently? Did you like your surgeon? Any advice for a newbie? I would love to hear all about your experience. Best wishes for a quick recovery! gingersnap

My surgery was the 21st... they said 4-6 days... I'm wondering if that's too soon.
