Debbieduck4 399 Posted January 11, 2015 I have the biggest sweet tooth! Before surgery I could sit down and eat an entire bag of Cookies no problem :/... after surgery I'm finding that I still crave sweets but want to make healthy choices. My go to's so far have been Greek Yogurt with slivered almonds or Strawberries and blueberries with sugar free cool whip. Wondering what everyone else eats when they crave a goodie? jpg1110 23 Posted January 11, 2015 Coffee! I found some really great sugar free Creamers that taste really good. It helps when I'm craving something sweet and does not have many calories.
alwaysvegas 702 Posted January 11, 2015 Power pudding! Sugar free/fat free Jello pudding + Protein powder + greek yogurt (or cottage cheese) + unsweetened almond milk. Sometimes I add sugar free Torani Syrup for a twist on flavor. Like today I had: chocolate pudding + sugar free Torani Almond Roca flavor + 1/2 scoop chocolate Protein Powder + greek yogurt + unsweetened almond milk. I blend using an immersion blender. I eat half in the morning and half in the evening.
LaLoLaughs 74 Posted January 11, 2015 Really fast ones are Dole strawberry dippers from the frozen food aisle. It's basically a whole strawberry split in four pieces and each piece is dipped in dark chocolate. 60 calories, 4 grams of fat, 6 carbs, 0 Protein. I don't do them often but only when I'm really craving something like a cookie and the protein yogurts don't do it for me.
Miss Mac 6,262 Posted January 11, 2015 Once in a while, I take Peanut Butter and mix it in with chocolate Protein powder and roll into balls about the size of chocolate covered cherries. A couple of times, I have done that and then rolled them in melted dark chocolate.

BLERDgirl 6,417 Posted January 11, 2015 I'm mostly satisfied with fruit, but my go to is still chocolate. I go back and forth between basic mini Reese's Peanut Butter cup or fancy dark chocolate with sea salt. I'm partial to brand like Vosges or Lindtz. The different is now one tiny piece completely satisfied me and they truly are occasional treats and not daily or even weekly treats.

Luvin_Life125 558 Posted January 21, 2015 I keep a bag of mini York peppermint patties in the freezer for when I can't get that chocolate craving satisfied. They sooth the beast when I need it.
