clasnic1 36 Posted January 11, 2015 I am 16 weeks out and for the last 4 weeks I am going between gaining 2-3 and losing 3-4 and I am getting very discouraged. I am eating my Protein 60-80 a day. Trying to get my fluids (40-60). I am eating 1 egg scrambled every morning. Eating Protein first always and most of the time only. I get between 800-900 calories a day. I have gone from a size 24 to 18 and lost a total of 54 pounds since surgery, Sept. 25, 2014. Any one have any ideas to get my weight loss restarted? I don't go back to my Doctor til March.
