BLERDgirl 6,417 Posted January 11, 2015 (edited) Then step away from the scale. 6 days is pretty early and if you're bloated then you may still be retaining Water for whatever reason. In the meantime, take your measurements. I'm the odd duck who only gets weighed once a month. I'm just under 4 months and I'm already down 3 -4 inches neck, boobs, waist and hips. I know it's hard but focusing on the scale will just drive you nuts. Do not compare yourself to others, especially men who tend to lose easier than women. As long as yu are following the program the weight will come off. Some of use start fast then slow down, others are slow but steady losers. fat2fitva 5 Posted January 11, 2015 I had those same problems and it takes time. I found the sugar free Popsicles were great. I don't love good like I used to but started doing much better once I was soft foods. Things I used to like I just don't any more. The first week is THE hardest. You can do it!
