Anyone have a sublingual B12 they really like?

So far I've tried Twinlab Dots (tastes like wet dog) and Celebrate (tastes like laundry soap). Trying to hunt one down that doesn't taste bad.

Thanks!

Nature Made B12 sublingual is yummy, but I don't know if it comes in lower doses than the 3000mcg I have.

Nature's Bounty...cherry flavor. They only have 2500mcg that I could find so I cut them in half and take them 3 times per week.

I use Trader Joe's 1000mcg. It's tasteless, which is good in comparison with wet dog!

Thanks! Sounds like I might check out the Nature Made next, then go from there :). If only all these other Vitamins could be purchased in sample sizes like Protein powder...!

Source Naturals 1mg. I take it 2x week and my blood levels are high normal. Whatever you get, make sure it's methylcobalamin, rather than cyanocobalamin. The methyl is better absorbed and utilized, especially by our CNS.

BTW, got it on Amazon, is cherry flavored and tastes great.

Seeking Health is one of the few with methylfolate and methylcobalamin. Those are the only ones recommended by the heme/oncologist I have.

This is not bariatric, this is the only one that my MD/PhD recommended and I sat for 1x for 5 weeks with his chemo patients since I had to get IV Iron. Only one was rail thin. The rest were healthy looking and dang sure weren't no 20-30 years old.

Nature's Bounty sublingual B12. My WLS dietician highly recommends these,, and they taste good. You can find them at most places right now for BOGO 1/2 off... Walgreens, Meijer, ... most pharmacies. Just have to check online.

Thank you all! There are some great suggestions here. As soon as I finish choking down what I have (hate to waste) I've got a good starting point for finding something else.

Well, I don’t think that would be a healthy choice, if you are searching for something that tastes good. Candy-like supplements contains artificial colors and flavors that are very bad for health. So I would suggest you to avoid them.

I use vita4life’s vitamin B 12 sublingual, because it neither has any filers nor has any artificial additives. Moreover, it tastes good.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.
