Chele H 427 Posted January 10, 2015 How many grams of protien is in your shake? Premier has 30, one of them and you are half way there. You will gradually be able to eat more than 2 oz. at a time. Some people add unflavored Protein to Soup, yogurt, etc. Quest bars have about 20 grams of Protein, you can try half in place of the cheese stick. Greek yogurt has much mor protein than regular. It gets easier. I never actually counted I just made sure I drank the Premier every day for breakfast(I still do) and make sure I eat meat and/or eggs for lunch and dinner and always eat all of the protein source before eating any veggies. Elode 8,093 Posted January 10, 2015 @@Sexy Granni I mix a premier ready made chocolate shake with one scoop of PB cookie Protein (made by syntrax). It gives me 53 grams of protein in one drink. It taste like PB captain crunch to me!
par1959 470 Posted January 10, 2015 Most lean meat runs about 7.5 grams of Protein per ounce. eggs are about the same. Add eggs and lunch meat to your diet. costco has these Premier Protein drinks that are 30 grams and only 11 OZ. They taste good for a Protein Drink.< /p>

BLERDgirl 6,417 Posted January 11, 2015 You don't have to do Premiere Protein. You could do a plant based RTD Protein Shake like Orgain organics and mix in a scoop of any pnat based Protein Powder and still get over 30gms of protein for Breakfast. Once you get over that hurdle getting the rest of your protein in is easy. I think some of the Isopure drinks are pretty high in protein and can be mixed with Water or juice.< /p>
