I live on this, refried Beans, and plain scrambled eggs.< /p> Anyone have any input on recipes you're using or used to get thru this stage?

athena3127 199 Posted January 10, 2015 I'm at 9 wks and just now able to have any meat which includes tuna. That being said I'm still not allowed to have any raw veggies (onions, pickles...ECt). So your lucky! Look up the ricotta bake it's amazing! Roast veggies in the oven and blend to make your own purée. I'm still jelous! I 9 days I was simply on full liquid. I even had to strain cream of chicken Soup haha. Glad your doing well.
joatsaint 2,814 Posted January 10, 2015 (edited) This is a link to my favorite Mexican food recipe. It got me through the puree stage and beyond. I wasn't able to eat full foods (even though I was allowed) for weeks - Frankensleeve didn't approve. My Favorite Mexican food recipe http://www.bariatricpal.com/blog/9018/entry-31168-my-favorite-mexican-food/ Here is one link to Eggface's ricotta bake http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/2009/01/ricotta-resolutions.html And here is a link to other puree safe recipes on Eggface's blog. http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/2007/08/pureed-foods.html If you find her recipes useful, please let her know that Frankensleeve sent you.
