I just went to Sams and brought 4 cases of the Premier Protein shakes and I wanted to know if anyone with type 2 diabetes experienced any problems with the shakes spiking their blood sugar?

You might do better doing a search for Premiere Protein. There have been several threads and discussions about this. You should also check with your nutritionist.
