BLERDgirl 6,417 Posted January 12, 2015 I like Kind bars but at 200 calories they are definitely Meal Replacements. I also use them as post workout food. I just heard that the folks who make my favorite vegan cookie ABC Cookies (a cookie so good you won't know its vegan) has just come out with a low carb/high Protein cookie. I'll check them out when I go to Whole Foods next week.

BryBro63 410 Posted January 12, 2015 Again, Quest Bars...best selection and variety, great source of Protein, and not bad on the calories, I've even seen in a few places where there are recipes containing Quest Bars. One person even told me to try slicing up a chocolate chip Quest bar and putting it in the over for a few minutes, and it comes out and tastes just like chocolate chip cookies! SnowFlake01106 18 Posted January 13, 2015 For me, Siggy's yogurt, it has very little sugar and has a sourness that takes getting used to. It's on the expensive side ($1.79 per cup), but it has a ton of Protein. I find that I cannot stand other yogurts (Greek or other) because I am so used to the Siggy taste. Atkins Protein Bars --I like them because they are lower in calories and total carbohydrates than a lot of others. I have not seen Quest bars in my area (W MA). A lot of Protein Bars that I have tried have a sugar alcohol aftertaste I really do not like.
