athena3127 199 Posted January 8, 2015 Yes I've been waiting for it and waiting and so today I joined the gym! Took a 15min core class followed by an hour cardio class and I lived to tell about it! I had been stalled in my weight loss but think I lost 2 lbs just today haha! LOL I'm just back to the gym this week since not going for two weeks and I can feel it in my shins, but I ended up doing more miles in less time so I was happy.
