Does anyone have any suggestions; i.e. excercises or food that I can do or way to help get rid of the top part of my stomach? I've lost 91 pounds in 7 months I have 35 more to go but I need to get rid of the muffin top any suggestions?

I don't think you can predict where you will lose fat based on exercise. You can tone muscles. Have you tried an exercise (crunches, sit-ups)? Swimming, Water aerobics, and belly dancing are all great for strengthening your core.
