How did u do it I've been sleeved since Sept 2013 , and I've only lost 45 pounds, I need major help so bad.Im looking for help where ever someone can help me please.I was told I have a lot of yeast in my body that craves sweets. I feel so hopeless, No support groups of where I know to go
