Jbear65 1 Posted January 4, 2015 (edited) I have been using the treadmill since start of week 2. I have advanced to 3.5 average miles a day and roughly 600 calories a day exercise. I roughly have advanced to about 800 calorie diet a day. I have been only loosing about a pound every 5 days inlast couple weeks.. Could my body be holding the weight since i work out too much...
