Too Much exercise Matter?

I have been using the treadmill since start of week 2. I have advanced to 3.5 average miles a day and roughly 600 calories a day exercise. I roughly have advanced to about 800 calorie diet a day. I have been only loosing about a pound every 5 days inlast couple weeks.. Could my body be holding the weight since i work out too much...

If you are working out regularly, especially cardio you need to up your Protein. Protein feeds your workout.
