Joy889 11 Posted January 3, 2015 Good day sleevers, can as any of you please provide me with a list of acceptable vegetables to eat during the soft foods phase? Thanks! !!
galadriel535 43 Posted January 3, 2015 I plan to make ratatouille and blend it really well. I found a great recipe online.
joatsaint 2,814 Posted January 3, 2015 (edited) Baked yellow squash and steamed pureed cauliflower were my 2 favorites. But Frankensleeve really didn't like them for some reason. So I wound up eating a lot of refried beans... good thing I live alone!!!! AROMA! Edited January 3, 2015 by joatsaint
galadriel535 43 Posted January 3, 2015 Frankensleeve! LOL! I love it! I think I will name my sleeve that too! (or Frankensleeve 2)
BLERDgirl 6,417 Posted January 3, 2015 Spinach is good because it's high in Iron and a plant based Protein. It also can be blended up easily. My handbook says "carrots, cauliflower, green Beans, mushrooms, onions, summer squash - avoid fibrous or stringy vegetables"
Joy889 11 Posted January 3, 2015 @@BLERDgirl thanks! My handbook only says not to eat stringy vegetables but it didn't go in detail
