September 2010 Bandsters - Updates?

Well, it looks like there've not been any posts for 09/2010 Bandsters in a long time. I just happened upon this sub-group myself. I'm curious to know how many of you have reached your goal? If not (like me) how close are you (I'm 25lbs away).

I am getting close! Banded 9/18/2010 - started at 286 and am holding steady at 185. I tend to only lose weight when I try really hard - but no longer overeat. So, over the years I have plateaued a few times. I have 35 pounds or more to go.

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
