Seriously? Sucking on roasted almonds is my saving grace. Having a couple roll around in my mouth is so soothing. I nibble a tiny sliver off like a bunny and grind it with my front teeth. Can't chew due to tj but it doesn't effect my front teeth so gums out.

Thank thank you Blue Diamond single serve packs...they last me for days.

Try it! Rub the salt off if that's a concern.

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.
