Schedule/timeline

Hey all!

Does anyone have a set drinking/eating schedule they follow? Trying to space out my Protein shakes or Snacks (or mini meals) so that there isn't too much time that lapses in-between! Thanks in advance!

I am doing three shakes a day and one small meal. I find it easier to make a shake every three to four hours depending on work and my I eat my meal when I hungry at night.

I start the pre op diet on Monday. =)
