Ry9010 4 Posted January 2, 2015 Happy New Years! I was banded on Tuesday morning, and am looking for others that got/ are getting banded around the same time. I would love to get a group together for support. I'm into day two of recovery and am pretty sore, but am excited to start 2015 on such a good note. Let me know if anyone is interested!! bkchick88 66 Posted January 2, 2015 (edited) Ry9010, I was banded on Monday. I only feel sore when I attempt to stand up or sit down because of the stomach muscles. So, I'm only one day ahead of you. By the way, I'm a teacher too and chose to get my surgery the second half of the winter break. It worked out perfect so I didn't have to take any time off from work. Ry9010 4 Posted January 2, 2015 Congrats to you too!!! That's exactly when I feel sore as well, and it's getting better every day so that's good.
