auntjanny 289 Posted January 31, 2015 (edited) Mich... What I am learning from this, my second challenge, is to not give up if I don't lose weight. I was not close to my goal at the Holiday challenge and apparently not going to make this one either. For me, though, posting that number on the scale and not being overly awful to myself is what I am "gaining" from this stuff. Good luck to you. Hang in there!
