This seems like a fun and interesting challenge so I am in... I am 4 days post op gastric sleeve surgery.. Starting weight is 233 current weight is 227.2. Goal weight is 205 by Valentine's Day.

Recovery is going well. I was having a lot of gas pain today. I think it was because I over did it yesterday. I have a hard time getting all my fluids in, just don't have the appetite for them. Almost have to force my self to get them down. All and all I'm feeling pretty good.
