Sweetiepants 9 Posted January 20, 2015 Finally dropped 3 pounds after a 3 week stall. That was a tough 3 weeks. I questioned everything I did. I think I need to stay away from my scale this week -just get back to basics
mkresal 2 Posted January 20, 2015 Seems like most are at 30 some lbs lost by the 2 month mark...which is wow to me 15lbs or more a month. It's better to come off gradually, that's what I think. Can't wait to see where we are at 6 months out! Cw 216 Was

wantingabetterlife 364 Posted April 7, 2015 Glad to hear so many are doing well. I am in "stallsville" and it quite literally stinks! But it will pass and all will be fine. My hair loss has slowed down, thank God. I thought it would all fall out. Other than that, It is going great and I am happy and getting healthier! mkresal 2 Posted April 7, 2015 Slow going for me. I started at 248. Was 233 day of surgery. Now 208. I'm happy with how I look with the loss, I'm short so I think it doesn't show as it might on a taller person. Clothes fit better, but I haven't lost a pound in almost a month. I hope that changes soon. I've been exercising, eating Protein, Water like mad. I have pcos, so I think that could be part of the battle. It's just so odd that a person could eat so little and no lose more. But I'm so glad I did this, it's a journey.

B Autumn 20 Posted April 8, 2015 I'm freezing too. The Vitamin thing is miserable. Can't seem to find ine that doesn't make me sick.
wantingabetterlife 364 Posted April 8, 2015 @B Autumn I had a hard time with Vitamins too! I was taking the Flintstones chewables but now I am taking the VitaFusion Multivites gummies. They have a decent taste and don't nauseate me!
