tamtam75 1 Posted December 31, 2014 My name is Tammy, I'm 39 and I had the gastric Sleeve on December 22. I'm still a little sore, but over all I think I'm doing great. This is very new to me. I have no problems getting my fluids in. I have a time getting all my Protein in but I do. I drink Protein Shakes and I also mix skim milk with the Greek yogurt. Anyone else do anything different? Quest4TheNewMe 225 Posted December 31, 2014 Congrats! Make sure you stay on top of the Water. I was doing great with Water at a week post-op but have been struggling the last few weeks. katanabutterfly 14 Posted January 2, 2015 I was sleeved on the 21st, and I'm having a terrible time with Water. I used to only drink when I felt thirsty, so it's hard for me to get the 64 oz. Plus Water makes my tummy all gurgly.
