I had Mirena "installed" lol about a month ago and have been craving food intensely ever since. I have been battling with the same 5 pounds for 2 months now and am wondering if this is contributing to my weight loss stalling. I feel like I can eat double of what I could before and I am 8 months post surgery. I am seriously considering having it removed and wondering if there is anyone out there that has had this same issue? What birth control is best for gastric sleeve patients so that we don't stall or lose weight slower than we could? I have heard Yasmin but wanted to get a more recent post going on here to get everyone's opinions.

I was thinking about Mirena as well. I am currently taking Camilla which is only one pill. I didn't want the Mirena because of the hormones and HBP. I don't notice any stalls because I choose to stay away from the scales. But, I am not preggers, lol.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
