BLERDgirl 6,417 Posted December 28, 2014 Are you able to get in your fluids & Protein? You might want to call your doctor.

Elode 8,093 Posted December 28, 2014 @@baggyg0707 You may also want to get a Protein Shake with a higher Protein count. If you can get in two shakes the Premier Protein drinks from Walmart have 30 grams per shake so you would be sitting at 60 grams for the day instead of 20. You are probably A little dehydrated. I know it's hard but keep focusing on the water! Good luck!
4Anna 7 Posted December 28, 2014 I have experienced a little dizziness too in the past week. I'm 11 days post-op. I try to start my day with Protein and it seems to help. I use GENEPRO which has 30 grams in 1 tablespoon and it doesn't mix clumpy. I take 8 oz skim milk (8 g protein) and mix at least 1/2 T (15 g protein) so that I'm getting 23 g right away. It doesn't have a taste, so you can mix it in applesauce, oatmeal, Soup, yogurt, etc. I got it on Amazon.com.< /p> My doctor also sent me home with some dissolvable pills for nausea, but thankfully that stopped in the hospital. I had it for 23 hours & it was horrible. I really hope you're feeling better soon!
katcycler 95 Posted December 28, 2014 Premier Protein tastes great to me and has 30g in one 11 oz drink. chocolate tastes best to me and it's easy to get down plus I only need 2 per day. Hang in there. You will improve over the next week. Keeping your fluids and walking are your best friends right now
