how to keep costs down and My Haul With Pics!

Recommended Posts

So im always concerned with the cost of shakes etc. So heres a great way to help. I wrote an email to premier letting them know I have a blog and I video taste test Protein Shakes etc. So what did they do? They sent me the below items to try. Including their new smoothies which I wont be using for quite awhile but ill taste it for the sake of doing so. So free stuff is very good!

I also watch a lot of auctions on EBay, and there I came across an auction no one had bid on for 9 fill shake and go bottles from about time, a new product that is really great due to its ease of use and the fact it only has 4 ingredients and a very very mild taste for all the flavors. So I paid a total with shipping of 8 bucks for 9 bottles. Merry Christmas to me.
So there are ways to cut down these costs.
Writing to these companies to get free samples is a definite way to help stretch your budget and find Protein Shakes you like.

Nice post! I am the queen of coupons and freebies so the few companies I find with ingredients I can tolerate, I write to and request samples and/or coupons. I don't trust ebay for food stuffs, but one other thing I have found helpful is to get on the mailing list of these companies and stores like GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, etc... not only will you be advised of sales, but some of them also have Discount Cards like the supermarkets.

The Quest company sent me 3 free bars. There's a link of different company's that deal in batiatrics that will send you samples. I can't remember what it was but you can google it.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
