pinkbunies 359 Posted December 25, 2014 I think I've hit another stall. I'm still losing but only about a pound a week. I have been trying to get over 1200 calories a day and its hard. I'm eating high calorie foods and not gaining but not losing as much. I passed the 3 week stall. Now I guess I'm in a new stall. Any tips ? I'm so close to my goal. Forsythia 882 Posted December 27, 2014 (edited) I've basically been stalled for the last two weeks. Really focus on basics. Protein, Water, exercise. I can eat complete garbage if I want. At almost 8 months, I have to really focus to keep the scale going down (and I still want to lose another 60 or so lbs). But I stall a lot.
