I always think it's really interesting to see weight loss charts....especially when it demonstrates so clearly that weight loss does not necessarily happen in a straight line downward! Especially if you weigh every day like I do, your chart will look more like an EKG than weight loss! Here's mine...A few days pre-band until today (7 weeks):

What a great idea! Here's a snapshot of my chart, which covers months 11 - 20 of my banded life. I lost, overall, about 50 lbs that year, but as you can see there were a lot of peaks and valleys!
