I take 40mgs of omeprazole daily and keep tums chewables on hand. Most days I don't need the tums. I take the omeprazole first thing in the morning and it covers me throughout the day.

I take Nexium 40mg but for some reason today it has been bad, but it could be coming from the Wendys chili I have eaten
