Essence46 493 Posted December 23, 2014 (edited) I have been working out faithfully 5 days a week since I came home from the hospital June 19th, only missing a day when it couldn't be help. I have decided to take off next week from the gym. I'm just tired and need a break. (I am sure guilt will probably get the best of me at some point and I will probably go anyway though). Anyone else just tired of working out and need a break? Edited December 23, 2014 by Essence46
Rovobay 920 Posted December 23, 2014 actually might be really helpful. a break every once in a while is a good thing for your routine. don't feel guilty at all. 5 days a week is awesome.
sweetie716 270 Posted December 23, 2014 That is awesome! I am excited to be cleared for more exercise- I have been walking since surgery though. I know if it were me, taking a whole week off would make it super hard to get back in the groove again. I would have to do like 2 weeks of every other day or something so I didn't get out of the routine. Enjoy the break, you've done aweome!
crashkaers 7 Posted December 23, 2014 I have those days where I feel like I'm worn out and lose interest. I have found that mixing the routine up a bit helps curb those feelings. I can only lift weights or run on the damn treadmill for so many days, but I seem to stay interested in things like the insanity work outs longer. Might be something to try. Happy holidays! BSU 61 Posted December 23, 2014 Doesn't hurt as long as you pick it back up. I'm off this week for medical purposes. Going back to the gym on Friday.
