socalsweetheart87 8 Posted December 23, 2014 I need some ideas to get Water down. I am 7 weeks and morning sickness runs rampant. I try to get water but each day my intake is lower then the last. Any tips or ideas on how you stayed hydrated? Thank you
Elode 8,093 Posted December 23, 2014 Water is just hard in general. There really is no trick that I'm aware of you just have to keep at it, set a timer to remind you ect...I drank coconut water, It's a super hydrator and it went down really easily.@@socalsweetheart87
annapatel 29 Posted December 24, 2014 No advice because I still fail at Water and I'm 22 weeks along. I have found since morning sickness subsided around 17 weeks, that iced tea goes down and stays down and I can drink a lot of it. I put honey in mine to sweeten it just a bit. I agree that coconut water was good, went down easily, and is full of electrolytes, so it helps whatever you've lost.
Kristina Mccarthy-Martin 27 Posted March 9, 2015 I'm 10 weeks and Water is a no-go for me. I have been drinking more milk and eating lots of SF popsicles. I have also found the slushies are good for me, so I am going to make my own with light lemonade.
