rte837 141 Posted December 23, 2014 It has to do with the physiological response the body goes through and the rapid weight loss in the first 6 months or so. It is easy at first. But then, you have to put a bit more work into it to get and maintain the results. ENJOY IT! It does end.

Cupcake 801 Posted December 25, 2014 Yes I was told it is the first 7 months and no matter what you do you loose weight. I think of every day as a new challenge to make good choices and to exercise, so even when I do not see the scale going down I know the inches are coming off. Good luck everyone and congrats to everyone success.
athena3127 199 Posted December 27, 2014 Post op the weight just seemed to fall off daily. The. I hit the "3 week stall" it's true where things got real. I even gained which freaked me out! However post op the focus shouldn't be on the scale. The focus should be on getting in Protein and liquid and following dr orders. All else will fall into place. The closer you get to goal the slower the weight loss will become.... I'm only 7wks out but have a long journey ahead of myself. Just don't view the surgery as the "easy" way because it is far from that... It is difficult and you must learn your new sleeve.
