kevinsvsgjourney 4 Posted December 22, 2014 I'm less than a month away and absolutely can't wait to start seeing some results. I'm a big guy - 6'3" and 490 pounds. You know it's officially time to have the VSG when you have sleep apnea, high blood pressure.. And the most embarrassing thing was going into the local big and tall store and not having a dress shirt that would fit me!!! I carry most of my weight around my stomach which is not good for a dress shirt. Here's a few of the things I'm looking forward to Lower my blood pressure Get rid of sleep apnea Live longer Feel better Go to sporting events, concerts and movies and be comfortable/fit in the seats Fly on an airplane comfortably Travel the world Climb stairs without being winded Buy clothes at normals stores for normal prices Take on new career opportunities Get a relationship, get busy more often. Look better
