220.8 gained a pound over Christmas. Since we weighed in on Wednesday we can make Wednesday our weigh in day if everyone likes. Happy New Year!

Seymour, 10/31/2014, gained 2 over holidays, so down 34... goal weight 180, current 250. I resolve to exercise 4-5 times a week. Goal, hit goal weight. For January I want to get down to 242.
