I'm having surgery in late January. I'm looking to find some friends or mentors. If you're having surgery soon and would like someone to chat with let me know! I am not telling many people in my life that I am having this done so it would be nice to have some friendly support from people who understand

I had surgery Dec 15, I feel great. had a few issues with feeling sick after eating. But it don't last long. Which surgery are you doing I had the gastric bypass. Best decision I ever made. Yes it is painful but the most pain I had was right after. Once u start moving around and walking it gets better.

I have told my close friends, and my husband's family, but not my mother, aunts, or siblings. I am the only "plus size" person among my blood relations, and they just don't get it.

Had my sleeve done Dec 5th @ National Perk Medical Center in Hot Springs by Dr. JJ Tucker. So far all is good and Im down 7 lbs in five days. The road is long with many a winding turn but each of us have a goal and need to set our minds on that road to success.

I just got my sleeve on 2/13
First 48hr was worst, now I am feeling good

I was sleeved Jan 10th by Dr Varnell. I have lost 29 lb since I was sleeved but currently have slowed down and only losing a lb a week.
