1 month since surgery Stuck for one week at same weight

Hello all I am new to this forum and hope that I can get some assistance, I might sound crazy to some but I'm one month in from my surgery and I have been stuck at 230 for the last week and half, I am still drinking my shakes and eating soft foods. I walk a mile a day ad ride the stationary bike daily. I truly can not drink all the Water because it causes me to regurgitate. Has anyone else had this problem? Can anyone tell me what I actually should expect as far as weight lost.

Sometimes you will be stuck for longer than a week. Try a month! Yes, in October I stayed the exact same weight for the entire month. It's behind me now and so will your stall. Keep with the plan. I still struggle with Water intake at 5 months out. But it has gotten better. Also, if I drink water too fast, I get heart burn.
