Kindle 8,667 Posted December 20, 2014 I eat red meat all the time...I much prefer it to fish or chicken. I've had no problems with beef, elk, bison or venison. I started eating tiny beef burgers when I was cleared for regular food, about 7 weeks out. I eat steak, burger, roasts, tenderloin, and my favorite is BBQ ribs from my local deli. SBovee 20 Posted December 20, 2014 My surgeon had us wait at least two months after surgery. I eat red meat but only once in a great while and do fine with it. It sets really heavy on my stomach so I don't eat but a few bites when I do eat it. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
