Mike4132 256 Posted December 18, 2014 I found these at my local health food store and they are a life saver. Each packet has 15 grams of Protein and 5 or less grams of carbs depending on the flavor. I add a scoop of Syntrax unflavored protein for an extra 10 grams. (25 total) They have been a real lifesaver for me on the liquid phase post op.
