texashoosier 23 Posted December 18, 2014 I was sleeved on 9/4/14 and when I weighed myself tonight at the gym I found that I have lost 93 pounds. I was hoping to lose 100 pounds by my 5th month and now I have a chance to hit that mark before the 4th month. It has taken a lot of hard work, but I am proud of the decision I made. It has been years since I felt this well.

texashoosier 23 Posted December 18, 2014 Rev1379, With my work schedule I eat 5 times a day. On average I take in between 600 to 700 calaries a day. I go to the gym 6 days a week and mostly walk for about 75 minutes at a speed of 3.5 miles an hour and an incline between 10 and 12. This helps me burn between 1300 and 1400 calaries a day. Once I hit 100 pounds I plan to start adding some weight training so I can tone up and I've read that the more muscle you have the more calaries your body burns while resting. Hope this helps.
