Premier Protein

UGH! I think I'm allergic to Premier Protein shakes. I went to the store yesterday to pick up some more Protein powder. I usually pick up a few premade drinks to keep on hand as well.The store had the 4 pack of premier on sale so I decided to try it. Woke up this morning a little itchy but I thought it was just dry skin. Now I am in full on hives itching all over and the only new food I've had is those darn shakes.

I haven't had trouble with hives since my surgery.

Oh wow, I hate to hear that. I love the chocolate Premier Protein and I don't like anything chocolate. I have tried others and to me this is the best one yet. I hope you get to feeling better quickly. Sounds like you need to take some benedryl. Get well soon.

Yeah I took one. Now I'm falling asleep. I'll check the ingredients in the morning. I just checked to make sure it didn't have stevia in it and didn't look closely enough at the rest of the ingredients.
