Aribay1 198 Posted December 16, 2014 I'm almost 2 months out and this is my second week of actually going to the gym. I pick times right after work or class because once I'm home I won't leave. Although I do take a 9:30am zumba class and quite honestly idk how I'm getting up for up! Just think of how much better you'll feel after. And if that doesn't work. GET YOUR ASS UP AND GO WALK =)

VSGAnn2014 12,992 Posted December 17, 2014 Do you not have a job? We can't make you get in the shower, brush your teeth, put some clothes on, and respect yourself. The longer you don't care for yourself, the less likely you are to return to a healthy lifestyle. Your choice.
